Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in any original packaging. Items cannot be re-sold at full price without the original tags, and therefore will not qualify for a full refund. In this case, it'll be up to the owner's discretion to decide what amount can be refunded. If at all.
Please note that return shipping will be at the customer's expense unless it was our error. We are a small business and cannot absorb return/exchange costs. Thank you for understanding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In order for us to recoup funds from USPS, we need a picture of the broken/damaged items, the shipping box, and mailing label.
Refunds
If damaged or you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions above. If you're returning or exchanging an item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that any items returned without original tags will not qualify for a full refund.
Missing Packages
We typically use USPS Ground Advantage which includes insurance. If you receive a notification that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, give it a few days to show up or be returned, as the delivery notifications are occasionally wrong. If after a few days it still has not been delivered, call your local USPS or stop in to inquire about your package. If you don't have any luck, please visit the following site for assistance and report it missing.

If USPS is not able to locate the package, then please e-mail shop@busybeeloveland.com. We will have to file a claim in order to recoup the lost funds for both sender and receiver.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Beauty products, clearance/final sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.
